Pressure canning is a great way to preserve vegetables, soups, and other low acidic foods. In Advanced Canning participants will have the opportunity to gain hands on experience and knowledge about pressure canning as well as take home delicious samples. Offered in partnership with the UT/TSU Extension.

Film Scoring Basics
 

A class for composers of all abilities with little or no knowledge of scoring to picture and multi-media. The class specializes in distinct orchestration and compositional techniques that enable composers to write specifically for post-production projects. Mental Health Caregiver Support Primer
 

This seminar informs and supports people who have loved ones with mental health issues that may include co-occurring substance abuse. Participants will receive an overview on types of mental health issues, treatment, recovery, communication strategies, crisis preparation and NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Davidson County resources. The session is peer-led by trained persons with mental health conditions in their families.
