Unconscious Bias and Your Relationships

The term unconscious bias has been in the media a lot this year, but what does it mean and how can it affect your personal and work relationships? Unconscious bias is essentially subconscious habits of thinking. We all have unhealthy habits, but when these habits negatively affect our relationships, it’s important to pull them out of our subconscious and see how we might be unintentionally, sabotaging our romantic, friendship and/or professional relationships.
