Mind Body Centering

Description

Somatic movement-based class with an emphasis on establishing healthy sensory function, proprioceptive control/awareness, and mind body connection through imagery and primal movement patterns. Includes fundamental yoga and pilates movements but is focused on the mind body dynamic rather than physical coordination or exertion. You may want a pilates/yoga mat, pillow, and journal.
