Beginner Kettlebell & Movement Essentials

Description

Join the Southern Squeeze in their weekly Beginner Kettlebell class designed to teach kettlebell newbies their two keystone exercises: the swing and the Turkish getup. You will learn the exact technique to maximize safety AND results in this training program. You'll be exposed to a variety of mobility and core exercises to build a strong foundation. The goal is for students to feel confident coming to other classes and working with bells.

This is a partnership with the Southern Squeeze to include NCE students in currently scheduled classes. Please note: not all attendees will register with NCE or be on the same schedule. Space is limited.
