Anti-Inflammatory Cooking Series


Learn how to make healthful, anti-inflammatory versions of your favorite foods. All recipes are free of dairy, gluten, corn, refined sugar, preservatives, and GMOs. Chef Laura has used these recipes in her and her clients' lives to help reverse the effects of inflammation-related diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, eczema, and chronic migraines.The chef will not be able to accommodate all allergies or dietary restrictions such as vegan or vegetarian diets.
