Love comfort food, but it doesn't love you? Learn how to make healthful, anti-inflammatory versions of your favorite heartwarming comfort foods. All recipes are free of dairy, gluten, corn, refined sugar, preservatives, and GMOs. Chef Laura has used these recipes in her and her clients' lives to help reverse the effects of inflammation-related diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, eczema, and chronic migraines.
