Kung Fu Basics

Description

Kung Fu is an ancient Chinese martial art designed to improve health, attitude, and self-defense skills. The class will consist of a warm up that teaches basic strikes, kicks, and stances. Students will learn a short form that builds strength and coordination. Self-defense principles and applications will be taught through partner work and striking a padded target.Each class will end with stretching and cool down exercises.
