Reset, Restore, Rejuvenate


Would you like to improve your flexibility and balance while also learning to move without stiffness and pain? Learn simple, yet highly effective ways to release tension and stress from your body with Reset, Restore, Rejuvenate.  Based primarily on the teachings of the Original Strength training system (combined with some gentle yoga poses/stretches), you will relearn how the body is designed to move as we “press reset” during this hour-long class. Because this system is based upon early developmental movement patterns (breathing, rocking, rolling, crawling), the resets are easy to understand and perform.

Note: please wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring a yoga or fitness mat. You will need to be able to get up and down from the floor with little or no assistance in order to participate in this class.
