Knife Skills


Learn how to cook more efficiently by honing your knife skills: slice, dice, brunoise, chiffonade, paysanne, julienne, battonet and mince. We will also talk about knife care and use all the chopped vegetables to make a Teriyaki Vegetable Stir Fry. Class is offered in partnership with the Nashville Farmers' Market with produce coming directly from the market!

Note: Students must provide their own chef's knife and cutting board.
