Kung Fu & Self-Defense


This class will begin with a cardio kickboxing style workout to help build endurance utilizing kung fu strikes and kicks. Partner drills will follow to learn effective techniques that can help one survive an attack. Participants will also use strike pads to develop proper technique and effectiveness. The course will also consist of examining situations and scenarios, so participants can be aware and prepared. The course will be challenging, fun, and beneficial.
